5. Student and Guardian Responsibility

• Documents may include ID documents, passport, photographs, SSC/HSC marksheets and certificates, bachelor's or master's marksheets and certificates, payment slips, and any other materials required by a partner university, authority, or service provider.
• WBE is not responsible for delays, rejection, cancellation, visa refusal, scholarship changes, or enrolment issues caused by false, incomplete, expired, altered, late, or unverifiable documents.

6. Document Sharing With Partner Universities

• By submitting information or documents to WBE, you authorize us to share those details and documents with partner universities and their authorized admissions, scholarship, hostel, finance, compliance, verification, and international-student teams.
• Document sharing may be required for eligibility assessment, admission processing, scholarship review, enrolment, hostel allocation, compliance checks, student support, or other university-related services.
• Once documents are submitted to a partner university or third-party institution, that institution may process them under its own policies, requirements, and legal obligations.

7. Marketing Communication and Data Use

• By submitting an enquiry, application, or document to WBE, you agree that WBE may use your contact details, enquiry details, education background, application status, and interaction history for counselling, follow-up, promotional communication, marketing campaigns, remarketing, student recruitment, and service improvement.
• You may contact us if you no longer want to receive marketing communication from WBE, but we may still contact you about active applications, payments, compliance, document requirements, or service matters.

8. Payments, Fees, Transfers, and Refunds

• Any payment collected from a student or guardian as admission fees, registration fees, application fees, hostel fees, tuition fees, service-related charges, or any other education-related payment is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless a written official policy from the respective university explicitly states that a specific amount is refundable.
• If a university explicitly identifies any amount remitted to the university as refundable, that refund is subject only to the respective university's refund policy, timeline, deductions, approval process, and payment method.
• WBE is not responsible for refund approval, refund rejection, delay, currency loss, bank charges, processing deductions, policy changes, or any other decision made by the university or financial institution.
• WBE does not guarantee admission, scholarship continuation, visa approval, hostel allocation, fee waiver, refund, or any university outcome unless confirmed directly by the respective university in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WBE will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, rejection, refund dispute, policy change, inconvenience, or financial consequence arising from the use of our website, counselling, application support, document submission, university decision, payment processing, or reliance on published information.

10. Changes to Terms

• WBE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
